Wednesday, October 7th, 2009We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded the online quote system to add a much-anticipated and requested feature: Automatic word counting of your uploaded files.
Now, when you upload a text or HTML file, our system will count the words for you automatically, saving you time when placing an order. We will be adding other formats in the coming weeks as practical, and requested.

Wednesday, September 9th, 2009The office has been buzzing about the imminent arrival of our new production server.
Well, today ended up being (ultimately) the day. Long story short – they tried first to deliver it to an incorrect address on the other side of our neighborhood, and then, once it finally got here – it was missing one of its hard drives.
Luckily, however, our vendor was committed to a speedy resolution. After a quick phone call and visit, they got us the hard drive in question by about 5pm. We’ve been working all evening on installation and configuration. Our significant others are asking when we’re coming home. Actually, at this point they’ve given up completely and fallen asleep. Sweet! Where’s the root beer?
